In the area of Mlynské Nivy, a new urban core is being created that meets all the attributes of pleasant urban living. Our new project, Pri Mlynoch, will consist of a 20-story tower with apartments, flats, and commercial spaces, as well as a 5-story building with a healthcare function.

The architects of the project took into account the proportions of the buildings to fit in with the surrounding development, ensuring that the high-rise building blends into the complex of other buildings in the area.
