These days, we have fully shifted our focus to the ground floor. Currently, work is underway on reinforcement, steel fixing of the peripheral and internal walls. Concurrently, we are finalizing the waterproofing of the substructure, which will ensure protection and stability for the entire building.

We have also taken a significant step forward in terms of infrastructure – in cooperation with ZSDIS, we have officially launched the construction process of a new transformer station to ensure the seamless energy operations of the complex.

 Thanks to a steady pace of work, we are successfully managing to keep the project on schedule.
